THIS APPLIES TO OUR BOOK ONLINE HOTELS ONLY

Cancellation policies are specific to each hotel. Notice required varies from one day's notice to, in some cases, several days.

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page shown at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.

All you need to do is enter your e-mail address - you will then be shown your current bookings.

To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and we will send you a cancellation confirmation e-mail.

Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
The hotel's cancellation notice notice period is listed on each hotel's page.
